Truth. Self respect is sovereignty. No matter who they are, even your twin flame, if they can’t respect you they can’t be good for you. When folk are rude take it as your cue to pull back, don’t make excuses for them. When people ignore you or make you wait, chase or beg for their attention, step away friends. Get some breathing space. Regroup. Not everyone can vibrate on our wavelength. We rearrange the furniture of our lives redefining our self love boundaries. Power plays affect our mental health. Mind games mess with our heads. Avoid filling in the blanks when folk won’t communicate. Instead look into your heart, do what makes you feel safe. Those who can’t handle our spiritual ways will drift away. Those whose demons are offended by our light will put space between us and them. Those who see our light, our higher state of consciousness, and want more will let us know.

Our authenticity is our truth, let the vibrations roll out and allow others to choose how they respond. Be true to your self. Protect your heart from hurt with self care and clear rules of engagement. Self esteem is rooted in how we allow others to treat us. Don’t be last on anyone’s list. What is the Shift? The Shift is our collective shift in perspective from primitive drives to a higher state of consciousness. The Shift occurs for all species, all multiversal populations in this rich and vast tapestry of existence. Technological advancement is necessary to elevate our abilities beyond basic survival. The digital age is a major trigger for our collective shift of perspective moving us into a connected, cyber world, a community space. Information cannot be controlled as tightly in the digital age, a game changer for the world’s elite power plays. We wake up to the strategy of perpetual war, hate and competition through instant sharing of information. We shift our intention to peace, harmony, abundance and love. The Shift is contextual. How we interpret and understand our world and our existence transitions from third dimensional low frequency emotional spaces to higher dimensional vibratory fields of light energies. Activation of our spirituality, our connectivity and oneness with divine creative energies propels us to fifth dimension love.

The Goddess Gaia is the soul inhabiting planet Earth. It is She who initiated our quantum leap into higher vibratory fields of light many moons ago. Her ascension through dimensional realities emits ripples of transition light out into galaxies and universes far beyond our own. Aligned with celestial magic, Gaia is rising whether humanity rises with her or not. Many talk of the Event, lost in myth, legend and visions. 5 signs you are experiencing the Shift.

1. Synchronicity

Synchronicities have cranked up. Number sequences talk to us all day. Energetically we sync with cosmic guides, universal oneness and divine rhythms of nature. Our day is peppered with little nods from the universe. We learn to recognise and trust these nudges, hugs and affirmations from our spiritual guides. Reassurance comes from synchronicities, reminding us we are an intricate part of a much bigger picture. We are not alone. We can access divine meaning from number sequences, animals or birds, when they communicate with us synchronistically. We experience the magic of surrendering to a greater world than the one inside our head or given us by our rulers. Be open to and comforted by synchronicities, it’s the universe telling us we’re on the right path.

2. Third Eye activation

Increased psychic abilities and a closer connection to our instincts comes with third eye activation. The Shift is third eye activation. The Shift is a shift in perspective. We transition from a linear narrative of our lives to a holistic multidimensional perspective. We sense events before they happen. We think of someone and they contact us. 3. Karmic clearing

Karmic clearing is also known as Dark Night of the Soul. It is a long process, like an onion, each layer gets pulled back, wounds are exposed, we release the pain and begin to heal. Painful memories bubble up for recognition, realisation and release. Each time we face a difficult emotion we have the opportunity to clear those energies for good. 4. Lightbody activation

To start the process of transition we use Mantras to calm our ego, encourage mindfulness and activate our heart chakras. DNA upgrades follow karmic clearing enabling us to align with higher vibratory fields. Lightbody activation is the reunification of our mind, body and soul as a holy trinity of light. We stretch, move, reconnect to our beleaguered bodies. Ruthlessly targeted by the mind control algorithms of the cabal, we are divorced from our bodies early on. Childhood sexualisation, self hate, body modification and physical obsession separate us from our divine whole. Our body is the organic manifestation of our souls in this human lifetime. Our bones lighten in density as we stretch, stay fit and wean ourselves off toxins in food, drink and our environment. We look younger, feel healthier and move in a more fluid way. Our divine femininity and masculinity aligns. To ascend to higher dimensions whilst still inhabiting our human organic body we lighten our karma in higher emotional frequencies of self love.

5. Upgrades and Downloads

Upgrades to our DNA occur when all of the above is in full swing. They come through dream state, meditation and Light ritual. We can use mantras to request upgrades when we feel ready or we know from energy psychics that upgrades are available. Cosmic intervention from celestial geometric alignment and intergalactic allies is designed to maximise humanities chances for liberation. Upgrades bring us online with higher vibrations, everything gets triggered. Our mind body spirit being has been divided by outside forces, upgrades enable us to synthesise our energetic system unifying our mind body and soul. We Shift from 3d vibration to 5d lightbody frequencies. Chakra activation is the assimilation of our mind body soul being back into a whole, instead of divided, fragmented and syphoned, as our soul is in the matrix. Downloads come through during high frequency cosmic events. We become receptive to downloads when we embrace spiritual awakening. Downloads change our lives. They shift our perspective, realign us by offering us profound insight and revelation. We assimilate downloads when we make the necessary changes to accommodate their lessons. Downloads update our physiology, activate our chakras and take us to the next level. Upgraded humanity as opposed to GM humanity. As always it’s up to us what we do with the downloads coming through. Sovereignty dictates we red or green light our own evolution. We go at our own pace. Growth has to be authentic, it takes as long as it takes.

The Shift fundamentally occurs when we transition from ego led decisions to heart led living. To move our energy from ego to heart takes focus and comittment. We are conditioned from birth to surrender our sovereignty to our ego. The ego is easily manipulated, the heart is not. The ego is targeted by the elitist state as a tool of enslavement. Our ego is part inner child, part self, part slave in a cage. Be hyper woke, avoid watching mainstream tv and adverts, Nazi programming tools harvested and used to control our population. It wasn’t like we weren’t warned, we’ve known all along tv is the drug of the nation. We capitulated, let it tell us how to think, look and feel. Waking up is consciously identifying, filtering and censoring all material wrapped in establishment spin. The world wide web is a far trickier beast for the elite to control than tv and film. Make the internet and social media a reflection of you not a programming tool of the elite. Use the algorithms to your advantage by staying in positive spaces. If something online makes us feel low, sad, envious, depressed, close it and open something uplifting, beautiful, empowering. The internet is our cloud memory, a dynamic cyber dimension that we can access, grow and create. It is what we make it, just as all is what we manifest. Whether we do this as puppets feeding a twisted system or as awakened people focusing our energies into our heart centre, we manage our own Shift from Fear to Love.

Meditation is the key to unlock the gates of higher realms. Meditation sharpens third eye sight and fleshes it out. The more we meditate the more clarity we receive from our third eye when confronted with matrix problems or low vibration issues. Meditation is a treadmill for the soul. Lightbody activation can only occur when we are connected to divine light, we do this through meditation. Breathwork grounds us, encouraging us to respect and care for our bodies better. Yoga, chi gong, Pilates all encourage flexibility and lengthening of our spinal cord opening our chakra systems and helping clear blocks. Without meditation yoga is an exercise in health and wellbeing. Meditation takes us to those deeper spiritual spaces where we can hear our guides, experience divine love and expand our consciousness. Meditation unplugs us from the matrix. There is no other way to do it. We raise our vibrations in meditation. Meditation is ascension.

Divine harmony between humanity and nature has always existed. The matrix operates like a holographic reality layered over Gaia’s goodness. The matrix sabotages, pollutes and destroys our divine relationship with Gaia. Gaia’s gifts are inverted, infiltrated and infested. We seek out nature to reassert our divine connectivity to universal flow. Everything around us is designed to wire us up to the matrix for lifetimes. None of this is easy but our mood lifts as our vibrations rise. We learn to navigate the reality the elite has constructed all around us. We draw calm, rational, clear headed conclusions about the narratives fed to us. The Shift is the opening of the Doors of Perception. The Shift is the Return of the Divine Feminine. The Five Steps to Shift from Fear to Love

Love is a vibration, a frequency. Everything we are is vibration, frequency. Our cells, atoms and quarks, the tiniest particles that make up our being, vibrate. Everything is vibrating from micro to macro, the cosmos is ever expanding, never still, always moving. The spectrum of vibratory experience is quantum, not linear. To raise our vibrations we inhabit emotional spaces of joy, peace, abundance, harmony and love. Our vibration lowers when we are in negative emotional spaces, fear, hate, envy, greed, stress, anxiety and grief. The matrix operates on the lower bandwidths of our quantum multiverse. It requires we stay in negative energetic vibratory states to maintain its control over our lives. We are plugged into the matrix from birth, programmed to operate from our easy to manipulate ego consciousness. The rulers of our world use a myriad of tactics, astral, energetic, psychological, and physical to lock us into ego fear frequencies. We are literally scared from birth. Our emotional wholeness is the enemy of the state. As we grow up in the matrix the fear ego programming intensifies into adulthood. It is up to us to take back our sovereignty by redirecting our emotional energies from our beleaguered ego to our robust, progressive and refined heart.

How do we move into love energies and away from our fearful, insecure, manipulated egos?

1. Breathe. Anxiety, stress, fear and worry can be managed by breathwork. We breathe deep – throat, chest, stomach and exhale. We can deepen our practise by instructing our bodies to let go of tension. As we breathe in we draw light into our system, as we exhale we breathe out negative emotions. Taking the time to breathe deep when we are in high emotional states grounds us. Drawing breath into our core, our solar plexus, our gut, steadies us. Taking deep breaths before stressful meetings, when faced with someone’s aggression or when we are fearful is us taking back control of our mind body spirit. This is our sovereignty, to observe, detach and manage our own responses rather than being a slave to triggers, difficult people or our environment. The matrix wants us breathing only into our throat, keeping our breathing shallow. Breathing deep, empowering our bodies and souls with chi energy flow is essential to raising our vibrations.

2. Mantras. Language is a tool, we can use it to focus intention, harness energetic frequencies and manifest our reality. Mantras enable us to weave positive intention into our daily lives. Mantras work because they are the embodiment of us taking our power back from the matrix. Instead of surrendering to matrix algorithms of fear, hate, envy, greed and low self esteem, we take the reigns and set our vibratory frequency ourselves. Try this Mantra for 14 days and see if your mood, motivation and mojo stabilise: I am having a calm/efficient/magical/peaceful/loving (insert appropriate adjective) day. Repeat as often as you like throughout the day to maintain high vibrations in a calm state.

3. Stop altogether or heavily censor interaction with ALL mainstream media. ‘News’ is the Old Boy who owns the network/broadcasting company’s cabal agenda. Advertising is mind control programming to embroil us in capitalist, competitive, corporate governance. Popular music operates on a carefully controlled low bandwidth, rewiring our brains to sexist, hyper sexualized, low vibration algorithms. Film and TV should be approached with caution, seek out only that will expand our mind not limit us. The conditioning is not always obvious, it can be subtle, complex and insidious. There is a Resistance in all creative outlets and a small number of journalists display authenticity, but it is a dangerous world to truth speak in the heavily controlled media. Ultimately all mainstream media has one agenda… keep us in 3d low frequencies of fear, hate and greed to keep us malleable and easy to control. Unplug by literally unplugging from everything sanctioned or promoted by the establishment. The more we educate ourselves the easier it becomes to spot the bright, creative gems of free thinking, progressive people. Trust your gut.

4. Meditation is the holy grail of sovereignty from the enslavement program running our perceived reality. It is the key that unlocks the gates of perception, of higher consciousness. Meditation activates our energetic chakra system, enabling us to begin the process of shifting our control room from our fearful ego to our heart. Heart chakra activation is consciously moving from service to self matrix codice, to service to others, higher realm coding. We choose blue pill or red pill? We make it happen. Meditation cultivates inner stillness which destroys the baseline matrix frequency of perpetual anxiety. The elite need us to be scared, worried, unsettled all the time. We are programmed to worry incessantly about money, relationships, work, home, the future, the past. It’s never ending, hence perpetual. Meditation directly combats this modification on our motherboards, bringing us online with higher vibratory fields of love and light.

5. Mindfulness dissolves the barriers to our divinity. Mindfulness destroys the nuts and bolts of the matrix spiritual lockdown by bringing us into our present. We are conditioned to direct our energies, our emotional frequencies to the past or the future. We feel guilty, ashamed, traumatised by the past, picking the scabs of unresolved wounds in perpetual despair or depression. We are programmed to worry incessantly about the future, money, relationships, jobs, security. This is intensive fear programming fed directly into our energetic being. To combat and eventually break this coding we consciously shift our consciousness from the past and future into the present. We centre ourselves, raising our vibrations by being present.

We use all of the above lifestyle changes to achieve higher vibratory states of being. We stop being puppets, sheeple, mindless slaves and awaken our mindbodysoul to the joy and beauty of existence. Breathwork, mantras, meditation and hyper conscious unplugging, fires up our motherboards. Our DNA is activated by higher frequencies, cosmic intervention to help us break our chains. The vibrations generated by our energetic system can be positive or negative, we choose. We become our own master controller. Connected to the present, our senses sharpen, energy antennae firing on all cylinders. Mindfulness changes everything. Mindfulness rewrites our coding, shifting us from the ego to our heart. We stop freaking out about the past, let it go, it is what it was. We stop worrying about the future. Being in the present ironically allows the future to breathe and flow, aligned to higher vibratory spaces.

The tapestry of our existence is being woven for us. We can take back the control and dreamweave our own world. Raising our vibrations is not a passive experience. We actively engage with our own evolution. We take the reigns and direct our own play, no longer mindless puppets in a time warp machine laden with modifications, memory loops and mind control. The tools are simple, the application flows when we redirect our focus to self care. We prioritise spiritual growth and expansion of consciousness over competition and karmic denial. Accountability is us reflecting, taking stock, observing and detaching in meditation. We assess our progress, identify areas of stress and anxiety and seek ways to reduce tension. We use healing holistic tools to manage, navigate and relieve the ups and downs of human existence.

We are all capable of breaking the matrix chains. Start small, an article on mindfulness, switching off the TV, sitting quietly doing nothing but breathing and clearing our mind. Self care is the big picture all these jigsaw pieces make. When we put them together we evolve into whole beings, mindbodysoul, connected, flowing, nourished and nurtured. We can all do it. The heart is where calm, higher frequencies vibrate. Our heart aligns with positive algorithms. If we do everything from our heart the need for stress and tension evaporates, for we know ourselves. We have inner stillness because we have cultivated self knowledge and self worth. Spirit Totem the Raven Third Eye Activation in the Fourth Realm

The Raven came to visit me this morning. Primping and preening himself, making sure I saw him in his full glory. A big, powerful bird, dark as night, magical and mystical. In Game of Thrones Bran transforms into the Three Eyed Raven, able to transfer his consciousness to living beings. The Raven comes today to remind us of the magic of the fourth realm. There is fear attached to recognising we have left Kansas, the third dimension. We can get obsessed with the darkness of the fourth, it’s astral entities, parasites seeking to drain our life force. Raven reminds us we are on a journey of transformation. The fourth realm holds the frequencies of mysticism, renewal, regeneration and transition. The fourth realm is a river of light and dark we must cross to reach fifth dimension zen wavelengths. Telepathy increases, our third eye is activated, we hear, sense and feel more from the worlds we can’t see. Raven shows us we are here to light our way through the darkness, not be consumed by it. We hold our light high and trust the universe, others will see and follow suit. We are all lost in the darkness of the fourth, adjusting, aligning to it’s higher vibratory fields. The solidity of the third evaporates and the world gets wavy, whoozy, a little surreal.

The fourth realm is a space of much closer divination between humanity and the natural world. We have been siphoned from nature, separated from the frequencies of nature by an aggressive elite seeking to keep our vibrations dense and heavy with fear and hate. Raven reminds us all is connected in magical flow of energy. He reminds us our third eye, our instincts, our sixth sense, is our engine to navigate the fourth realm. Matrix algorithms dictate the only senses we should trust are our eyes, if we can’t see it it isn’t real. Despite our gut instincts telling us this isn’t the case. Sensitive people pick up information from their third eye all the time, we are conditioned to ignore or disregard this information. In fact the easiest sense to trick, as any good magician will expose, are the eyes. Slow, overwhelmed with information, filtered through the brain, censored by our matrix puppet ego, our eyes are the last sense we should trust.

Our third eye chakra tunes into the energies around us, our antennae to read and respond to our environment energetically. We are taught there is no such thing as energy or dark matter or Dust. We are conditioned to believe only what is physical is real. Anyone who senses ghosts will tell you this is false information. Most of us have a sensitive in the family, someone who is known to communicate with passed ancestors, see in the dark or make accurate predictions. Humanity has long known in secret, that our senses go way beyond the physical, there has always been more to meet the eye than they tell us. The spirit, the soul cannot be seen. Neither can we see our guides, gods or ghouls. But most of us have a relationship with our guides or gods, or have experienced creepy moments. We know magicians can conjure illusions, and focused intention in voodoo or spirituality can affect our reality. We know the matrix algorithm only trust our eyes is wrong, and we know it from childhood. We conform to the pressures of cultural conditioning and capitulate, denying our gut, our instincts, our third eye responses too often.

The Raven is reminding us our third eye is our greatest tool to navigate the fourth realm. We meditate to tune up our sensory antennae. Doing yoga, chi gong, dance with our eyes closed helps us to train and refine our sixth sense abilities. Meditation to explore our inner being and the cosmos expands our consciousness, cultivating inner stillness and sharpening our instinctive senses. Raven visits today to remind us we are transitioning, transforming from dark to light. There is magic all around us. Worry less, dream more! Let the universal magic of life float into your consciousness. Activate your third eye with focused intention mantras and meditation. Jupiter Retrograde circa 2019 is like being the punchbag for a heavyweight boxer. For a loooong training session. Mercury Retrograde rattles our cage, shakes us down with trickery, delays and obstacles. Jupiter’s retrograde takes us deeper into karmic excavation in our root chakra. Our emotional baggage feels heavier in weighty Jupiter’s pull back, we face our deepest unresolved karma. Warriors become ghosts in the machine, glitches follow us. Truth vibrations heralded by early 2019s 333 upgrades will filter deep into our psyches, unsettling all that is unresolved. Reality versus dreams can be a hard space to face. The patriarchy is digging it’s heels in, cutting us deep with its claws. The divine feminine struggles to hatch in our collective consciousness. Warrior women are breaking the bonds of one handler only to be faced with another. Patriarchy runs like a virus through our systems, designed to wound, wind and whip us into submission. From all sides the divine feminine is under attack, their will to uphold the Black Madonna matrix programme is steely. It is one of the founding principles of the elite’s enslavement of us. The divine masculine has been infiltrated, warped, sabotaged. Inversion of both divine feminine and masculine energies has created a chaotic hell dimension of primitive drives. Fear of the feminine has been exploited to create control algorithms in the male psyche. Energy wizardry binding receptors of growth to ensure perpetual predator/ victim consciousness coding. Silent saboteurs operate in our families, relationships and lives bringing us down at every chance, seeking to clip our light filled wings and keep us in our cages.

Divisions based on gender, colour and religion have been key weapons to maintain a perpetual state of chaos. War, poverty and inequality has been our reality for thousands of years. Receptors on our DNA were bound long ago to limit expansion. Curses woven into feminine bloodlines ensuring mother daughter bonds are poisoned with toxicity, dissolving divinity. Masculine energy has been sabotaged. The Entitlement Program’s flip side is immense pressure to be able to do everything, control your woman, run your finances and be ‘the man’. Men are sensitive, gentle and nurturing just as women are. Women are powerful, clever, strong just as men are. The return of the divine feminine is the divine balance between masculine and feminine energies. We inhabit both, though the elite want us compartmentalised into one or the other. We seek to align yin and yang in our lives, rolling out, tribal stylie, into the collective consciousness. Equality must be woven consciously into the fabric of our existence.

The cabal elite are accelerating their attack on the divine masculine and feminine with their assault on gender. Ancient tribal civilisations on Gaia believed we could inhabit spirit in masculine or feminine energies or both, irrelevant of gender. The elite seek to invert this. They have pushed us into tight boxes of male and female for many years. In response to the great swathes of higher vibrations flooding the planet their manifesto has adapted. Young people are targeted with twisted new algorithms around gender, creating confusion, loss of confidence and karmic chaos. The inversion of truth to dark is astounding at times. Who are we looking at? What are these people who parade themselves in front of us on tv, film and social media? Puppets whose remit is to mess with our heads. Soul Love is the best response millennials came up with to combat the attack on their sexual identity. They love who they love, irrelevant of gender, a beautiful response from a generation teeming with indigos and rainbow children. Millennials may rewrite the rule books yet, as the depraved elite come at them with everything they’ve got. Just as they’ve done to every previous generation, trying to limit their potential. The collective conscious algorithm running through the matrix is service to self. We exist in fear until we move into the heart. Moving into our heart is empathy, compassion and kindness. As soon as we are in heart space we no longer function for self only, we are driven to see the whole, the collective as the priority. Those who don’t know what’s going on are choosing not to see remaining locked in lower bandwidths. Their lives a manifestation of their ego fear and spiritual lockdown. Self serving individuals become angry and aggressive when confronted with service to others people. Our heart led lifestyles offend them. Good people often say they have been attacked by colleagues, family members, friends for no real reason. It is because the light in their hearts antagonises the disturbed hearts of those stuck in their ego. Individuals recognise on a primitive, instinctive level the more of us switch to service to others mode, heart vibrations, the less secure they are in their blue pill competitive mindsets. It is a war. A war of light and dark and it is being played out in our lives.

Sadly those whose choice is to feed and serve their demons will project their darkness onto light filled folk. Their speciality is calling others what they themselves are. Gaslighting, projection, transference its all part of the course for narcissists and people whose demons give them pleasure. They will call the angels evil, the poor cockroaches, women whores and any who they see as their enemy, wrong. So gear up beautiful people. This is a war of light and dark, and its in our lives, our homes, our workplaces and our neighbourhoods. We challenge the status quo just by breathing. The game is on. Light burns dark, till dark capitulates and comes to the light. Don’t be surprised if folk attack or back stab, make up lies and gossip. Its nothing we’ve done, our light offends their demons. Stay strong in heart vibrations. Reach out to ascended beings for protection. Know that all of dark is awake. But know their core processor is fear. They fear us, hence they attack us. We stand to change the system from the inside out, micro to macro. We are ripples of love across an ocean of ascension.

Laws enable a thriving patriarchal legal web to maintain power bases. Our education, policing, and employment systems seek to keep women locked down. Women have very few rights. Designated victims of society, refugees, disabled and poverty stricken people are kept in their place by patriarchal laws. Control conditioning permeates every aspect of our cultures and religions. The ultimate success story for the elite is their ability to mind control us through intensive programming dressed up as advertising and capitalism. We maintain the system for them, we become the prison guards of our sovereignty in a panoptican prison constructed in our heads. All we have to do is look up to see the chains. Breaking those chains and changing this reality from the inside out is challenging, as lightworkers and warriors know. We do need intergalactic and celestial help. Interventions are occurring all the time, we won’t hear about them, but we know in our hearts the whole world is shifting.

The system splits us into two categories as we come into the world. We are either handlers in the system, there to control, manage and drain the energy of light filled folk. Or we are handled. By programmed parents, teachers, priests, friends, colleagues. The coding runs deep. The chasm between handlers and the handled has polarised in recent years. Higher vibratory fields mean the spells cast on empaths are lifting and we can see who is manipulating us, how and why. Our task is to untangle ourselves from the tentacles of the patriarchy woven into our daily lives. To identify how, when and where we are being mind controlled, conditioned, cut down to size, kept in our place. We identify the patriarchy’s little soldiers, stand up to them and watch them over react on a grand scale. They cannot handle it. Like politicians when challenged on lies and deceit, they fluster and bluster, grunt and growl, pace and glare at us. How dare we challenge their authority. Don’t we know the system in theirs not ours. Newsflash people, the game has changed. Empaths are taking back their power because the spells are lifting in waves of light frequencies and we can see again.

2019 is the physical manifestation of the #metoo movement. Women have woken up on a huge scale to the daily infringements on our sovereign rights because we are female. Swathes of the population are waking up to the grand lies the elite propagate, climate, pollution, war, economics and the ugly undercurrent of paedophilia permeating every powerful establishment in our society. The task at hand is utterly immense. As immense as Jupiter in scale and size. To experience his retrograde at this time is making sure those awake do look under the rocks of the patriarchy. See the slithering insects sliding around in their swamps of envy, self hate, cruelty, addictions and craving for power. Who are your handlers? Are you enabling? Can we as a society rise above the neglect and abuse woven into our psyches through the Black Madonna Program. Can men view women as anything but the virgin, the mother or the crone? Can women trust men to treat us respectfully, gently and see our bright minds as well as our beautiful bodies? Can we do this without war breaking out in our homes, our hearts and our lives?

Jupiter’s retrograde is getting right to the heart of the matter. The patriarchy. The truth is ugly, twisted and dark, can we blame blue pill people for not wanting to look? The mainstream version of mind control, patriarchy, poverty and elitist politics is bad enough to wake up to. Digging down the rabbit holes is working out what they get up to behind closed doors. Elitist parties, they spirit cook their power bases and spread their poison. Take each layer at a time, go slowly, but keep going. We can only change things when we know what’s truly going on. We can only save babies and children, trafficked women and boys, vulnerable orphans and war torn families from the enemy if we first recognise truth of what is happening here. Sticking our heads in the sand is a choice now. Refusing to resonate with truth is choice.

We are operating in the fourth dimension now, narcissists have no need to hide their true colours anymore. As we wake up to them, their response is to be combative, backstabbing and aggressive. Jupiter’s retrograde will be over on 1st may, we should return to some form of normality for a little while. Do the work now whilst we are in this energetic space of hard truths and karmic clearing. If you feel attacked take it as a compliment, your very presence is upsetting someone’s pet demons, good work. Reach out to ascended beings for protection when the darkness comes knocking. Observe who has your back and who is a handler, enabling the matrix to control us. Tighten your circle even further beautiful people.

The coming months will illuminate all for who and what they truly are. Be prepared for disappointments, shocks and insights. And be prepared for light warriors to step into the fray. Hold your space of love beautiful people. Love burns the dark until it surrenders. Light threatens them, that’s why they come for us. As we get brighter they get more frightened. They will retreat physically from your lives, but will continue to try and handle us from afar. Block all routes to your sovereignty. Take your time, do it thoroughly, like hyenas they will circle our shields of light looking for cracks to spit their venom into. We have finally moved past the intensity of the first three months of 2019. Opportunities for lightbody activation, spiritual growth and DNA upgrades were paired with hard core karmic clearing. Ancestral traumas attached to our lineage have been recognised and released. Self sabotage has been highlighted, we have been pushed ever deeper down our own rabbit hole to truth. Each layer is peeled back in reflection, meditation, to reveal wounds. We heal and realign to higher vibratory fields. As the atmosphere around us plays host to the great war of light and dark, the very air we breathe has become a source of contention. To unplug, upgrade and regain our freedom we step up and take responsibility for our energetic frequency. Low vibration algorithms malfunction, toxins are rejected and modifications neutralized when we dial up to higher states of consciousness. Gaia is awash with high frequency energy, light healing. Our mind body spirit being seeks to align, like a magnet, with universal love vibrations. The cosmic pull to fifth dimension evolution is insistent and powerful. Surrendering to this energetic force of light, is the space between stress, control and linear anxiety and the levitating bliss of enlightened existence. To raise our vibration we clear out sources of negativity, from the past and in our present, to align with these higher light frequencies.

Mercury retrograde broke, and boom, many felt like we had been yanked out the swamp. Forward motion again, after weeks of pushing through mud. This is a small break in the tornado of ascension energies coming though in 2019. Jupiter Retrograde is coming our way on 10th April, like a catapult it will release all the backward motion of mercury retrograde. Bringing weight, power, strength to Gaia’s plight. Jupiter has always been Gaia’s soul brother, united with her against the shadows clinging to mercury and her retrograde. The chains on the divine feminine reach planets and galaxies. Here and now those chains are being broken. The perpetual loops of chaos, war, poverty and disease are manufactured by primitive and ancient beings who see humanity as theirs. The archons know how to manipulate us, they’ve been doing it for thousands of years. They have prepared for the Great Awakening but have crucially underestimated the power of Christ light, the force that is crystalline light. Kundalini awakening spreads like wild fire through the system corrupting the ruthless, cold, reptlilian coding in our modified motherboards. The beginning of 2019 was a chance to clear, unblock and neutralise a lot of sources of negative energy. Jupiter’s upcoming retrograde will offer us another chance to level up. The fire and passion of Jupiter is the fuel for our transformation from matrix avatar to woke soul.

On April 5th the new moon moves into Aries. Aries is the sign of focused intention, confidence, vision and flair. Aries know what they want and they go and get it. They are strong in their core, agile and upbeat. The new moon in Aries is preparing us for Jupiter’s retrograde, like a warm up. Channel new moon, new beginnings, Aries energies, they are fire to ignite our core processing units. DNA upgrades have taken us into a higher space of consciousness. We can see where before we were blind. What we see is the challenge, how we deal with truth. None of this has been or will be easy. Levelling up never is. We must play the game, meditate, be mindful, reprogramme our minds to compassion algorithms. Strip back mind control conditioning of the corporate elitist system that locks down our daily lives. The release of trauma through the first few months has cleared energetic space for us to integrate upgrades. We are processing those upgrades and our systems are trying to embed them. It’s up to us to create the meditative space we need to raise our inner vibration beyond the 3d to enable recalibration.

Being held back, our vibration forcibly lowered, is no longer an option for those of us seeking to take our spiritual awakening to the next level. As we raise our vibration we become hyper sensitive to our environment and our interactions. Anything lower than our rising internal wavelength causes problems. Skin allergies flare up with chemicals in products. Inflammation manifests in response to stress and upset. Tears flow, moods become tense and irritable, our limbs feel heavy, we lose our motivation. It is up to us to redress the balance, to rearrange the furniture of our lives to accommodate our spiritual awakening. There is no other way to do it except by looking at what brings us down and changing it. Sounds easy, it isn’t. It takes courage to break the chains society places on us.

Moving up and down the energetic spectrum, too quickly or often, makes us physically ill, like travel sickness or the bends. We are seeking to stabilise our environments in higher frequency fields to avoid continually dropping too low or fluctuating. The people and places on low frequencies are messing with our internally climbing and cosmically aligning vibration. Our souls want to align with each new wave of light. Portals, celestial gateways, allied federation intervention, solar blast of lightwaves all propel our transcendence to higher realms of perception. Our bodies demand we eat better, stay flexible, agile, light on our feet. Our hearts and minds seek meditative states to embrace gratitude and humility. Our soul wants to surrender to higher zen spaces. This will all get more intense as the need for collective raising of the vibrations accelerates.

Our energetic being wants to embed, align, integrate with these higher wavelengths, it doesn’t want to keep having to drop down to interact with or process matrix vibrations. Increasingly we are avoiding stations, airports, shopping malls, corporate spaces, crowds and stress, processed food, anything that makes us sick. The clash of frequencies, the sudden drop in our cellular vibration when we have to interact with low frequencies gets more and more tiring, draining, difficult and challenging. Physically we become ill, emotionally we lose our connectivity to love light. Negative energies, envy, hate, deceit, manipulation and fear lead to insecurity, self sabotage, self hatred, self doubt, despair and depression. Part of a bigger picture of energetic wizardry to lock our systems into low matrix bandwidths. Self belief, the vision to rise beyond the confines of the matrix, is the wind beneath our wings of ascension. We have to choose the red pill and then put the work in, mind, body and spirit, to attain zen rewards of peaceful spaces. The more of us do this, the greater the momentum, the more we are able to manifest the new earth.

Seed sowing from light workers, volunteers and starseed is no longer the prime objective. Sleepers have chosen to remain in the matrix, they turn their back for now on spiritual evolution. They choose the matrix because the ‘steak tastes good’, the drugs work, desires are fed, they can bury their head in the sands of memory loops. For those who chose the red pill or who have always been awake, the new earth is being birthed in our collective consciousness. Our new directive, since the first shift in late August 2018, has been to hold our space, realign and anchor our light to Gaia. The awakening of our consciousness to multiple layers of our existence is ocurring as we break memory loop modifications. Our ongoing, transdimensional work on other frequencies to assist the ascension of humanity, is increasingly understood. Some light workers have levelled up to shaman or warrior vibrations. Understanding the dark side has become our directive. We will be the ones going in to clear the demons, the darkness and evil entities calling themselves gods in this dimension. The game has most definitely changed.

Political chaos will continue as the people of earth wake up to the elitist system of control. Trying to unify against their leaders whose prime objective is to keep them at war with each other. Humanity’s evolutionary labour is proving to be a traumatic and difficult birth. Cultural rewiring is taking place across society. Social media rewrites the rules on engagement within the matrix. The 3d matrix collapses as we speak, unable to upgrade to more advanced frequencies and technologies. Older versions of humanity are malfunctioning, zoning out, losing themselves to their astral attachments, their parasites and their matrix desires. Ghosts in the machine, lost, traumatised, trapped are being assisted in every way possible from the material and astral planes. The retrieval of humanities lost souls is the prime directive. Many lightworkers are actively engaged in this during sleep. Many wake up more tired than when they went to sleep, the work on the other side has drastically stepped up since the Shifts started. The Dark Star Blink heralded truth of the black pill people. Those folk we know, work with, are related to, who know satan, who play his games, rituals, repeat his mantras of self satisfaction, status and wealth. Its all coming out in the wash beautiful people.

For now use this space, the eye of the current cosmic storm of transition to regroup, catch your breath and stoke the fire of our retuning mojo! Our core is strengthening, the work done over the last few months will prepare us for the next level. Operating within a higher bandwidth, third eye fully operational, we are going to remember more of our dreamtime activitites. Our consciousness is merging with our higher self, as we lighten our karma and activate our lightbodies for full ascension on the material plane. We break the memory loops, we neutralise DNA modifications keeping us in spiritual headlock. We embed our vibration in higher bandwidths. Its down to us to reassess, what have we learned from the supermoon trinity? What did we want to change at the end of 2018, grow for 2019? Come back to those insights, those resolutions, reaffirm them in the coming Aries new moon. Who and what we are going to be is determined by what we do in the coming weeks and months. Make it light, make it love, make it abundance, peace and harmony. These are the operating spaces of higher dimensions. The more of us embed there, the more fuel we bring to the new earth birth of light, the more we stamp out the darkness.

Knowing the truth and walking the truth are two different things. I’m walking my truth beautiful people, I was down, but I ain’t out. Coming back with new moon Aries fire in my belly, light and love pulsing through my veins and the knowledge that my truth is mine to be. Karma coming for the surface to be cleared, matrix toxins, ancestral traumas, grief, assault, abuse, rejection, abandonment, neglect…. all algorithms of astral and matrix control, needing to be looked at, recognised and released. Breaking ancestral lines of negative behaviours and thought grooves. Dissolving memory loops, astral wizardry, neutralising modifications on our DNA and our ancestral line through healing and spiritual surrender.

For those who made the quantum leap through the first Shifts, the Fear is becoming palpable. We feel it at night, disturbed sleep, grinding machinery, bumps and creaks. Creepy feelings, our spider senses are in overdrive. Daytime fear kicking in like a punch in the gut, a shiver down our spine, a spiritual shudder. A knowing that something is very, very wrong with the world and it’s getting worse, quickly. A sense of growing anxiety and tension, held in the core, solar plexus. Shadows on the periphery, circling us, our guides advise us not to engage. Stay in a sacred sphere of light till the time is right. Funnelled through our third eye and heart chakra, the fear is partly the massive global purge of elitist ancestral oppression of our tribes, people and the ancients. There is also another source for this fear, hyper sensitive, travellers, volunteers and transdimensional warriors are feeling the astral in turmoil. The war being played out in our skies is barely cloaked from us. We are seeing, hearing, and feeling the clashes, the energies of war all around us, in our waking life. Our eyes cannot register or make sense of the sources of our fear, but our beings know things are going into overdrive on the other dimensions to ensure this dimensional frequency rises.

Breathe into the fear. Return all energies not self created to sender, repeat, daily, hourly, minutes if necessary! Breath into the solar plexus to release the stealth spider senses tingling with fear. Breath it out people. Stay in if that’s what your gut, your guides, your third eye is telling you. Use an invisibility cloak to hide your light from all lower frequencies and anything that may mean or cause you harm. We are at war people, the world around us may look the same, but our energies have transformed. We are no longer on the perceived reality dimension, we are responding to stimuli from energetic sources on all frequencies around us. We feel the bliss, the zen, the pull to higher states of consciousness constantly, clashing with the requirements of our daily matrix lives. This is causing a lot of physical and mental stress and illness. Switch things up. The fear of change is natural, its protective and it can be channelled to ensure we make the right changes. Listen. to. your. gut. The fear our spider senses are picking up on is very real. We manage it with gratitude, mindfulness, humility, meditation and breathwork.

We are navigating the fourth realm, dressed up to look like the third, whilst attaining the frequencies of the fifth. Its a lot to deal with. So go easy on yourself, take time out, off, for recalibration, realignment and revelation. Truth is the base frequency of the fifth dimension, without truth we cannot open the gates. Walk your truth. Prepare for Jupiter’s retrograde by catching your breath, getting your head and house in order. Prepare to step up the active rolling out into our lives of our spiritual enlightenment and growth. Can you make the changes? Buck the system? Glitch the matrix and change your life? Be in love vibration. Cultivate knowing when to retreat and when to stand your ground. Stay zen with meditation. And nap, sleep is key to our welfare as we straddle timelines, dimensions and frequencies. Being a high frequency person takes practise, time, effort and reflection.
